Would you like to see the new Jaguar XS, which is expected just in two years?
The Jaguar manufacturer is working on development of the new XS model, which is planned as a rival of Mercedes C-class and the 3-series of BMW.
It is expected this novelty will come on the auto market as a car of 2016 model year.
It seems like the new XS is based on the current XF, but the novelty has a shorter wheelbase and a narrower track. In addition, as we may notice the exhaust pipes are located closer to each other than on the supposed predecessor.
The XS is built on the light alunimum platform, which used in the new Range Rover and the C-X17 of Jaguar, which were introduced at the show in Frankfurt last year.
The auto manufacturer offers the new XS with both gasoline and diesel four-cylinder engines. In addition, the XS may be available with a 3.0-liter V6 as sports vehicle of F-Type have.
This model is a rear-wheel-drive car as standard, but customers will be offered the all-wheel-drive versions too.
