Investigators to recommend charges against Caitlyn Jenner in fatal crash
LA -- Sheriff's investigators intend to urge prosecutors file a vehicular manslaughter charge against Caitlyn Jenner on her part in a fatal car accident on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu in February.

Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department spokeswoman Nicole Nishida states researchers found that Jenner was driving "dangerous for the prevailing road conditions" because her sport utility vehicle rearended a Lexus, shoving it into on coming traffic. Los Angeles County Sheriff's deputies investigate the scene of a fatal crash involving four vehicles on Saturday, Feb. 7, 2015, in Malibu, Calif.

The Lexus driver, 69-year old Kim Howe, was killed when her vehicle was hit head on with a Hummer.Nishida claims the situation is going to be offered for last evaluation next week. The district attorney will decide what charges Jenner finally confronts. If convicted of this type of charge, Jenner would address a year in county jail. Read Source
