Latest on Flooding: Officials Urging Evacuations

Functionaries have released the identification of the 2nd of three individuals whose bodies were discovered across the awash Blanco River down-stream from Wimberley.
Hays County authorities say the body of 29-year old Jose Alvero Arteaga-Pichardo was discovered Tuesday afternoon near Loop 165 in Wimberley.
Functionaries before Wednesday determined a body discovered Tuesday morning in Caldwell County as that of 43-year old Michelle Marie Carey-Charba.
The physique of a third-person, an unknown man seen in San Marcos, will require DNA testing to determine.
