Launching X7 in the U.S.

The BMW manufacturer plans its factory launching X7 crossovers to be the largest brand’s plant in the U.S.
Recently, the BMW auto manufacturer has announced its plans to build one of the largest plants launching crossovers. And the U.S. plant got the nod to produce the BMW X7s.
The carmaker shared plans to increase the capacity of this plant to 400,000 cars per year. By the way, this factory will be established in South Carolina.
Last year the biggest producing plant of BMW was in Germany, which made the annual capacity of over 340,000 cars including sedans of 5, 6 and 7 series. While in Spartanburg, there was the second large factory of BMW producing about 300,000 crossovers: X6, X5 and X3.
This year the auto manufacturer added production of the X4 to this plant that increased launching to 350,000 vehicles per year. Thus, addition of production of X7 crossovers will allow growing the annual volume by 50,000 cars.
The Spartanburg plant produced its first car twenty years ago. So, it can legally be the largest car producer in the BMW’s industry, which exporting cars from North America.
Moreover, the X7 crossover had the key role in a status of BMW as the best luxury brand for nine years.
The main auto market to sale the X7 crossover is expected to be the U.S. as well.
