Nissan calls story on Boston dealers 'disappointing, one-sided'

Your Dec. 21-story, "In Boston, Nissan's a difficult sell to dealers" was a unsatisfactory, one sided description of our firm's enterprise in the Boston marketplace and beyond.
Readers of Automotive Information anticipate a lot more than gotcha journalism out of your gifted staff of authors, but sadly that's precisely what you sent with this particular storyline.
Had you talked to the various successful Nissan dealers -- as was agreed to to your own publication through the groundwork of the narrative -- you'd happen to be compelled to paint an infinitely more well-balanced photo of Nissan's connection using its supplier body.
The difficult information behind Nissan's rise in the United States of America is indisputable. Our business has developed U.S. market-share in seven out of the last eight years, a span during which our U.S. revenue grew 40+ per cent and much outpaced business growth. This did not occur by accident, but instead was the effect of establishing precise goals and carrying out a committed business strategy to achieve them.
Nissan's U.S. sellers have been a driving force in our achievement, and the broad majority of them have profited significantly from our combined achievements -- from enhanced profitability and throughput to better client satisfaction and retention.
As a functionality handled business, Nissan works hard to to guide our workers, suppliers and sellers to achieve their full potential. Sometimes, that is not necessarily possible as well as the most effective results would be to go our different ways.
Nissan is pleased with its own hard working and productive sellers in America. Jointly with them, Nissan is assured that it's going to continue on is trail of succeeding.
