Range Rover hybrid in Frankfurt

The auto manufacturer Land Rover introduced its new Range Rover and Range Rover sport at the show in Frankfurt this week. Both vehicles are diesel electric cars.
These models are planned to be on the European car markets this year. According to the official statement, novelties will not come on the American market. Perhaps, customers of the U.S.A. will be offered gasoline-electric hybrids, which are planned to launch soon.
Both SUVs get the equipment includes a 3.0-liter V-6 diesel engine with the electric motor; the combination produces the power of 335 horsepower with 516 lb-ft of the torque at 1.500 rpm.
Only electric motor can move a car at the speed about 30 mph for a mile because of it has its own output of 47 horsepower with 25 lb-ft of the torque.
Fuel consumption of both SUVs is about 36.75 mpg. The cars accelerate to 60 mph for 7 seconds; this is inspired because the weight of both models is about 5,200 pounds.
